KOS (pronounced like koose and rhymes with moose) is short for the word Koseling and is a Norwegian concept signifying glowing with warmth, kindness, caring, togetherness and laughter, wholesome food and a good drink, coziness.  It is similar to the Danish concept of Hygge.  The Celtic symbols on each side of our logo represent sisterhood and friendship.  Both the Norwegian and Celtic sentiments represent our heritage and beliefs.  We love welcoming people from all walks of life with kindness and inclusivity.

Our mission is to bring people together to enjoy great food & beverages while sharing mutual curiosity, understanding and respect for one another. We hope to cultivate an appreciation for nourishing food and thought-provoking art in a cozy atmosphere that creates memories and a shared kindness.

Our business is built to support our beliefs and values, which will continually evolve, as we are open to change and learning as we grow.
